Unlike all previous Buxtehude editions, this new edition by Claudia Schumacher follows the rhythmic notation of the original, i.e. the tablature, thus providing for the first time the authentic version which enables the player to interpret the works in a differentiated manner.

Our urtext edition of his complete organ oeuvre in the renowned series 'Masters of the North German Organ School' is based on the sources, taking the latest findings of the Buxtehude research into account.
