BOOSEY & HAWKES

The Lord is my Shepherd / Amazing Grace / This other world

Will Todd

The new ‘Boosey & Hawkes Contemporary Choral’ Series combines music from well-established figures and the finest emerging choral composers of our time to provide an exciting collection of new works for choirs of all types and abilities. Spanning many different styles, sacred and secular, the series provides a wealth of new music, perfect for choirs looking to expand their horizons and explore new repertoire.

The Lord is my Shepherdwas written as the 4th movement of Todd’s 2009 Te Deum. It was originally performed by a choir of 120 school children in Guildford Cathedral and has since been used frequently in worship.

Amazing Graces is a work for mixed choir (SSAATTBB) & piano suitable for intermediate choirs.

This Other Worldwas inspired by workshops with the pupils of All Hallows School in Shepton Mallet. It is a song about how the world can support us, change us, and lead us in our lives.
