Conditions of Use
The Online Job Market is a voluntary service in addition to the printed edition of das Orchester. You can take advantage of our Online Job Market during the whole term of your subscription as soon as your customer number has been enabled. Your customer number is enabled for use immediately after the first subscription invoice has been sent to and paid by you. You can stop using the online service at any time. Schott Music reserves the right to change the Conditions of Use in a reasonable way.
Liability
Schott Music guarantees the usual standard quality of the job ads in das Orchester for the online version too, but cannot be hold liable for the completeness and accuracy of the data contained in the online version.
There is no legal claim to the use of the online version. Schott Music cannot be hold liable for any obstruction or hindrance of access to the Online Job Market due to malfunctions caused either by the technical equipment for the provision of the online service, or by the software used to access the online service. In addition, no liability is assumed for delays in the login process to the Online Job Market or in the access only after consultation with the Leserservice or the webmaster of Schott Music.
Duty of care and debarment
The online service is offered to all subscribers without extra charge. The online version is meant for the private and exclusively personal use of the subscribers. The reproduction or transfer of the data to third parties shall not be permitted. It has to be made sure that no third party receive information on your user name and password. In the event of non-compliance, Schott Music reserves the right to debar the person concerned from the online service.
Escape clause
The invalidity or incompleteness of individual provisions of the Conditions of Use shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the invalid provision.
